2 Simple Questions to Transform Your Day
Ditch the gratitude journal, here's a simple path to finding peace at the end of the day
Hi, my name is Lil.
I'm a life coach for physicians.
Over a decade ago, I was sitting in a new call room, in a new hospital, in a new town shaking with anxiety even after using the 5-minute yoga app that was supposed to calm me.
You see, it wasn’t just the imposter syndrome with a new job, there was also a new baby, a not-so-great-but-not-terrible-enough marriage, and financial troubles from a failed business to top it off. I was even stressed that the yard was a mess and didn’t look like a “doctor’s yard”, whatever that means.
I knew I needed help.
So I googled life coach (thanks, Oprah!).
I remember being so revved up, so jangled that no prescription for change would have been helpful. I needed someone that could provide the calm (a foreign feeling to me back then), someone to guide me out of that endless hot mess feeling.
The anger. The frustration. The resentfulness. Someone who could help me make those shifts and tap back into myself again. Someone who could help me set boundaries, leave work at the door when I got home, and be present again around the people I loved the most.
A lot has changed since then. I’m still an internist, I’m now mom of two boys, and step mom to a daughter. I’ve divorced, remarried, relocated and made multiple pivots but I’m still me - but with more peace, joy, and fulfillment. I’ve used the same coaching tools on myself that I’ll use to help you love your life now.
You want to enjoy your precious days before more years pass you by.
I can help.
